These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 88phx ("88phx," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 88phx.club. 2.1 By completing the 88phx registration process, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. 3.1 Minimum Age. The minimum age to register and use any real-money feature of the 88phx platform is 21 years. This applies to all game types, deposit methods, bonus offers, and withdrawal requests.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. 88phx is operated for and primarily targeted at players resident in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 88phx is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. 88phx does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
3.3 Age Verification. 88phx reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or in response to any suspicious account activity. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include:
3.4 Responsibility for Minor Access. Account holders are responsible for preventing access to their 88phx accounts by minors. Where a minor is found to have used or accessed an 88phx account, 88phx reserves the right to void all transactions associated with such access and suspend the account pending investigation.
3.5 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use 88phx regardless of age: (a) employees, contractors, and agents of 88phx; (b) immediate family members of 88phx employees; (c) any person who has previously been excluded or self-excluded from 88phx or any affiliated platform; (d) any person whom 88phx has reasonable grounds to believe is accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
4.1 Registration Accuracy. When registering an 88phx account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) 88phx account only. Multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, different mobile numbers, or different email addresses — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 88phx reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same player, void all transactions, and forfeit any balance held across those accounts.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88phx login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or any account access details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full liability for such activity.
4.4 Account Transfer Prohibited. 88phx accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any balance held within it to any other person. Any purported transfer is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Account Name Match Requirement: The name registered on your 88phx account must exactly match the name on your verified government-issued ID and the name on any payment method (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.) used for deposits and withdrawals. 88phx will not process withdrawals to payment accounts held in a name different from the verified account holder name.
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. 88phx accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method, with GCash and Maya accepting deposits from ₱100 and bank transfers from ₱200. 88phx does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party e-wallet or banking fees may apply from your provider.
5.2 Deposit Currency. All 88phx accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. 88phx is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and conversion.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and that are registered in the same name as the 88phx account holder. Before processing any withdrawal, 88phx requires completion of KYC verification including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. 88phx aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes from the moment of withdrawal request approval:
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal and daily/weekly withdrawal limits are set per account tier and communicated within the account settings dashboard. VIP account tiers carry higher withdrawal limits.
5.6 Source of Funds. 88phx reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into any 88phx account. This is a standard anti-money laundering compliance requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in withdrawal suspension pending review.
Important: 88phx will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets not registered in the verified account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by 88phx are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These specific terms are stated at the time each offer is presented and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms stated here and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player's 88phx account must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) in eligible games before any winnings attributable to bonus funds may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:
6.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds have an expiry period stated at the time of the offer (typically 7–30 days). Bonus funds not wagered within the expiry period are automatically forfeited without compensation.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 88phx actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, coordinated bonus exploitation with other players, and use of software to automate wagering. Where bonus abuse is detected, 88phx reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and close the account.
6.5 Right to Withdraw Offers. 88phx reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice to players who have not yet opted into the promotion. Players who have already accepted a promotion will have their existing terms honored unless fraud or Terms violations are detected.
7.1 Individual Game Rules. Each game available on the 88phx platform — including all slots, live casino tables under 88phx Casino, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and Ocean King jackpot titles — is governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before wagering. 88phx is not liable for losses attributable to a player's failure to understand the game rules.
7.2 Finality of Results. All game outcomes on the 88phx platform are final once the game round is completed and the result is displayed. Disconnections or technical interruptions that occur after a game round has commenced will be governed by 88phx's disconnection policy, which aims to restore the player's account to the position it held immediately before the disconnection occurred.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of any game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, 88phx reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return the staked amounts to affected players' accounts. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all 88phx games.
7.4 Responsible Player Conduct. Players are expected to engage with 88phx games in a fair, honest, and sporting manner. Any behavior that disrupts the gaming environment — including harassment of live dealers or other players via chat features, use of automated betting tools, or any form of cheating — may result in immediate account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88phx platform. Detection of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities including the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and PAGCOR.
9.1 88phx's Right to Suspend. 88phx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
9.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 88phx reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance. Where closure is due to inactivity or voluntary request, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
9.3 Inactivity Fees. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Prior notice of inactivity fee activation will be sent to the registered email address.
9.4 Right to Appeal. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact 88phx customer support at [email protected] to initiate an appeal. 88phx will review appeal submissions within 10 business days.

10.2 Player Self-Exclusion. Any player may request a self-exclusion period — during which their 88phx account will be suspended and no gaming, deposits, or promotional communications will be permitted. Self-exclusion periods are available for: 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the requested duration.
10.3 Deposit and Session Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, single-session bet limits, and session time reminders directly from their 88phx account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.

10.5 Cooling-Off Periods. Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days during which their account will be suspended. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the 88phx platform — including but not limited to the 88phx name and logo, game graphics, user interface design, software architecture, text, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of 88phx or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
11.2 Limited License. 88phx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, or distribute any 88phx content; create derivative works based on 88phx content; use 88phx branding in any external communication without written permission; or reverse-engineer any 88phx software.
11.3 Third-Party Content. Games provided by third-party developers (including slot titles, live dealer solutions, and sports data feeds) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. 88phx licenses these games under agreements with the relevant providers. Players may not reproduce, extract, or distribute third-party game content.
12.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. 88phx does not guarantee that any player will win or profit from using the platform. All games involve an element of chance, and outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live game processes. Past outcomes are not indicative of future results.
12.2 Service Interruptions. 88phx shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from: planned or unplanned service maintenance; internet or network connectivity failures on the player's side; force majeure events including natural disasters, government orders, or any event beyond 88phx's reasonable control; or third-party payment system outages including GCash, Maya, or banking network disruptions.
12.3 Maximum Liability. To the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 88phx's total liability to any player for any single claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the player's verified real-money balance at the time the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits 88phx's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. The limitations in Section 12 apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13.1 The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data submitted by players to 88phx is governed by the 88phx Privacy Policy, which forms part of and should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.
13.2 By registering an 88phx account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering monitoring, and responsible gaming support.
13.3 88phx processes player data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 88phx operates within the applicable regulatory framework of the Philippines as governed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and relevant Philippine statutes including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
15.1 First Contact. Any complaint or dispute regarding 88phx services should first be directed to the 88phx customer support team. Our support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in English and Filipino, via the live chat feature on the 88phx platform.
15.2 Formal Complaint. Where a complaint is not resolved through initial customer support contact, players may submit a formal written complaint to 88phx at [email protected]. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 10 business days of receipt.
15.3 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through 88phx's internal complaints process, players may escalate to the applicable Philippine regulatory authority. 88phx will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or inquiry.
15.4 Language. All formal communications, complaints, and correspondence between players and 88phx shall be conducted in English. 88phx customer support may also communicate in Filipino for the convenience of Philippine players, but English shall be the governing language for all legal and formal purposes.
